「ミュージアム検索」（以下「本アプリ」）の運営者である兒玉啓史（以下「運営者」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリおよび本サポートサイトにおける情報の取扱いについて説明します。

位置情報は、周辺施設を検索するときに取得します。
位置情報をバックグラウンドで継続取得しません。
検索地点の座標、検索半径、検索条件をOverpass APIへ送信します。
検索地点の座標と検索結果を端末内にキャッシュします。
アカウント、広告、広告目的の追跡、専用バックエンドはありません。

1. 位置情報

本アプリは、利用者がiOSの位置情報利用を許可した場合に、周辺施設を検索するため、端末の現在地を取得します。

位置情報の許可後、ホーム画面の初回表示時に周辺検索を自動実行する場合、および利用者が再検索を実行した場合に、現在地を取得します。本アプリはバックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得しません。

利用者は、iOSの設定から本アプリの位置情報利用許可を変更または取り消すことができます。許可しない場合、現在地周辺の検索は利用できません。

2. 検索情報の外部送信

周辺施設を検索するため、現在地または利用者が地図上で選択した検索地点の緯度・経度、検索半径および施設検索条件を、利用者の端末からOverpass APIの運営サーバーへHTTPS通信で送信します。

検索地点の座標は、Appleの定義上「正確な位置情報」に該当する場合があります。運営者は、この通信を受信する専用サーバーを運営していません。ただし、外部サービスの運営者が、IPアドレス、User-Agent、検索情報、リクエスト日時などを、セキュリティまたはサービス運用のために記録する場合があります。

3. 端末内に保存する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

お気に入りに登録した施設とその位置情報
選択した言語、検索半径、初期表示などの設定
検索地点の緯度・経度、検索半径、検索結果および取得日時
施設詳細、Wikipediaの概要、画像URLなどのキャッシュ
表示した画像の一時的なキャッシュ

本アプリ独自のアカウントやクラウド同期機能はなく、これらを運営者の専用サーバーへ同期しません。ただし、利用者のiOSおよびApple Accountのバックアップ設定により、アプリデータがAppleのバックアップへ含まれる場合があります。

4. 保存期間とキャッシュ

お気に入りと設定は、利用者が削除または変更するまで、または本アプリを端末から削除するまで保存されます。

検索キャッシュは最新データとしておよそ6時間、施設詳細キャッシュはおよそ24時間利用されます。有効期間を過ぎたデータが直ちに端末から物理削除されるとは限りません。検索キャッシュは新しいキャッシュの保存時などに自動整理されるほか、利用者がアプリ内のキャッシュ削除機能を実行したときに削除されます。

アプリ内のキャッシュ削除機能は、検索結果および施設詳細のキャッシュを削除します。お気に入り、設定および画像キャッシュは、この操作では削除されません。画像キャッシュはiOSまたは利用ライブラリにより自動整理される場合があります。

5. 外部サービス

外部サービスへの通信では、各サービスがIPアドレス、User-Agent、リクエスト日時などの技術情報を受け取る場合があります。

本アプリから外部サイトまたは外部アプリを開いた後の情報の取扱いには、それぞれのサービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. アカウント、広告、追跡および専用サーバー

本アプリには、アカウント登録、ログイン、広告、アプリ内課金、行動分析を目的とするアクセス解析SDK、広告SDKはありません。

運営者は、広告識別子などを用いて、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡したり、広告用の利用者プロファイルを作成したりしません。

本アプリには運営者が管理する専用バックエンドはありません。外部サービスへの通信に伴う技術情報は、各外部サービスのポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

7. お問い合わせ情報

利用者がメールで問い合わせた場合、運営者はメールアドレス、メール本文および利用者が任意で提供した情報を、問い合わせへの回答、関連する不具合の確認および再対応に必要な範囲で利用します。

問い合わせ情報は、対応および合理的に必要な再対応が終了するまで保存し、その後、法令対応や紛争対応のために保存する必要がある場合を除いて削除します。問い合わせには、必要のない個人情報や機密情報を記載しないでください。

8. データの削除

お気に入りは、アプリ内で個別に削除できます。
検索結果および施設詳細のキャッシュは、アプリ内のキャッシュ削除機能から削除できます。
アプリが管理する端末内データをまとめて削除するには、iOSの「Appを削除」を使用してください。

iOSの「Appを取り除く」ではデータが残る場合があります。また、iOSのバックアップ、外部サービスが保有する通信記録、お問い合わせメールは、アプリの削除では消えない場合があります。

9. 本サポートサイト

本サイトのHTMLとCSSは、広告、アクセス解析、利用者を識別するためのCookieを使用しません。

ただし、本サイトの配信に利用するCloudflare Pagesが、セキュリティ維持やサービス運用のために、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、リクエスト先などの技術情報を処理する場合があります。取扱いについてはCloudflare Privacy Policyをご確認ください。

10. ポリシーの変更

法令の変更、本アプリの機能または利用する外部サービスの変更その他合理的な必要がある場合に、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。

利用者に重大な影響を与える変更については、変更内容および適用日を、適用日前の合理的な期間、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Kodama Hirofumi (“the Operator”), the operator of Museum Finder (“the App”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains how information is handled in the App and on this support website.

At a glance

Location is obtained when searching for nearby facilities.
The App does not continuously access location in the background.
The selected search coordinates, radius, and search criteria are sent to the Overpass API.
Search coordinates and results are cached on the device.
The App has no account system, advertising, advertising tracking, or dedicated backend.

1. Location information

When you grant location permission in iOS, the App obtains your device’s current location to search for nearby facilities.

After location permission is granted, the App may obtain your current location for an automatic nearby search when the Home screen is first displayed and when you initiate another search. The App does not continuously access location in the background.

You can change or revoke location permission in iOS Settings. If permission is not granted, searching around your current location is unavailable.

2. Sending search information to external services

To search for nearby facilities, the App sends the latitude and longitude of your current location or a point you select on the map, together with the search radius and facility search criteria, from your device to servers operating the Overpass API over HTTPS.

The search coordinates may qualify as “Precise Location” under Apple’s definitions. The Operator does not run a dedicated server that receives this communication. External service operators may, however, record IP addresses, User-Agent information, search information, request times, and other technical data for security or service operation.

3. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following information on your device:

Favorite facilities and their location information
Settings such as language, search radius, and initial view
Search-point latitude and longitude, search radius, results, and retrieval time
Cached facility details, Wikipedia summaries, and image URLs
Temporary caches of displayed images

The App has no proprietary account or cloud-sync system and does not synchronize this information to a dedicated server operated by the Operator. Depending on your iOS and Apple Account backup settings, app data may be included in an Apple backup.

4. Retention and caches

Favorites and settings remain until you remove or change them or delete the App from your device.

Search caches are treated as current for approximately six hours, and facility-detail caches for approximately 24 hours. Expired data may not be physically deleted from the device immediately. Search caches are periodically organized when new cache data is saved and are deleted when you use the in-app cache deletion function.

The in-app cache deletion function removes cached search results and facility details. It does not remove favorites, settings, or image caches. Image caches may be managed automatically by iOS or the libraries used by the App.

5. External services

When the App communicates with an external service, that service may receive technical information such as an IP address, User-Agent, and request time.

After you open an external website or app, its own terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Accounts, advertising, tracking, and dedicated servers

The App has no account registration, login, advertising, in-app purchases, behavioral analytics SDK, or advertising SDK.

The Operator does not use advertising identifiers to track users across other companies’ apps or websites or to create advertising profiles.

The App has no dedicated backend operated by the Operator. Technical information associated with communication to external services is handled under each external service’s policy.

7. Support inquiries

If you contact the Operator by email, your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily provide are used only as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate related problems, and handle follow-up inquiries.

Inquiry information is retained until the inquiry and any reasonably necessary follow-up are complete, and is then deleted unless retention is required for legal compliance or dispute handling. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

8. Deleting data

Favorites can be removed individually in the App.
Cached search results and facility details can be removed using the in-app cache deletion function.
To remove app-managed data from the device together, use “Delete App” in iOS.

“Offload App” may retain app data. Data in an iOS backup, technical records held by external services, and support emails may not be removed when you delete the App.

9. This support website

The HTML and CSS of this website do not use advertising, analytics, or cookies intended to identify visitors.

Cloudflare Pages, which delivers this website, may process technical information such as IP addresses, access times, and requested URLs for security and service operation. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy when reasonably necessary because of changes to applicable laws, App features, or external services.

For changes that materially affect users, the Operator will provide notice of the change and effective date on this page or in the App for a reasonable period before the change takes effect.
