ミュージアム検索について
「ミュージアム検索」は、現在地や地図上で選んだ場所の周辺にある、美術館、博物館、資料館、記念館、科学館、ギャラリーなどを検索するiPhone向けアプリです。
施設の位置や基本情報の確認、お気に入りへの保存、Wikipediaなどの関連情報の閲覧ができます。
不具合についてご連絡いただく場合
可能な範囲で、次の情報をご記載ください。
- 使用しているiPhoneの機種
- iOSのバージョン
- 発生した症状
- 症状が発生するまでの操作手順
- 毎回発生するか、特定の場所や施設でのみ発生するか
- 必要に応じて、個人情報が映っていないスクリーンショット
送信しないでください
パスワード、正確な自宅位置、クレジットカード情報、そのほかの機密情報は送信しないでください。
お問い合わせには順次対応しますが、回答までに時間がかかる場合や、個別の回答ができない場合があります。
施設の営業時間、料金、休館日、展示内容などについては、各施設へ直接お問い合わせください。

About Museum Finder
Museum Finder is an iPhone app for finding museums, art museums, galleries, science centers, memorial museums, local history museums, archives, and other cultural facilities near your current location or a place selected on the map.
You can view facility locations and basic information, save favorites, and open related information from services such as Wikipedia.
Reporting a problem
When reporting a problem, please include the following information when possible:
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- A description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Whether it occurs every time or only at a particular location or facility
- A screenshot, if useful, after removing any personal information
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, your precise home location, payment card information, or other sensitive information.
We review inquiries in order, but a response may take time, and we may not be able to respond individually to every inquiry.
For questions about opening hours, admission fees, days closed, or exhibitions, please contact the facility directly.
