利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、兒玉 啓史（以下「提供者」）が提供する「ミュージアム検索」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をご確認ください。本アプリの利用には本規約が適用されます。
要点
- 本アプリは施設探しの参考情報を提供するもので、施設の公式アプリではありません。
- 営業時間、料金、休館日などは、公式情報で再確認してください。
- 位置情報や施設情報には誤差が生じる場合があります。
- 外部APIの障害などにより、機能を利用できない場合があります。
- 現在、アプリ内課金と広告はありません。
1. 本アプリの目的
本アプリは、現在地や地図上で選んだ場所の周辺にある、美術館、博物館、資料館、記念館、科学館、ギャラリーなどを検索し、施設に関する参考情報を表示するためのアプリです。
本アプリは、施設の公式アプリ、予約サービス、緊急時の案内サービスではありません。
2. オープンデータおよび外部サービス
本アプリは、OpenStreetMap、Overpass API、Wikipedia、Wikidata、Wikimedia Commonsなどのオープンデータおよび外部サービスを利用します。
第三者が提供するデータ、記事、画像、地図、商標などには、それぞれの利用条件、ライセンスおよび帰属表示が適用されます。これらに関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは、適用されるライセンスおよび利用条件に従って、必要な出典・帰属情報を表示します。利用者が本アプリの閲覧の範囲を超えて第三者のコンテンツを転載または再利用する場合は、各提供元の条件をご確認ください。
3. 情報の正確性
施設名、所在地、営業時間、料金、休館日、展示内容、画像その他の情報について、完全性、正確性、最新性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
情報が欠落している場合、古い場合、誤っている場合があります。来館や移動の前に、施設の公式サイトなどで最新情報をご確認ください。
4. 位置情報
端末、GPS、Wi-Fi、携帯電話網、周囲の環境などの影響により、現在地や検索結果の位置が実際の位置と異なる場合があります。
位置情報および地図情報には誤差が生じる場合があります。生命・身体の安全に関わる場面や、高精度な測位を必要とする場面では、本アプリを唯一の情報源として使用しないでください。
5. 外部サイトおよび外部アプリ
本アプリから、施設のウェブサイト、Wikipedia、Apple Maps、Google Mapsなどの外部サイトまたは外部アプリへ移動する場合があります。
外部サイトおよび外部アプリの内容、安全性、継続的な提供、個人情報の取扱いについて、提供者は管理または保証しません。それぞれのサービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. API障害および情報欠落
通信環境、端末の状態、外部APIの障害、利用制限、仕様変更、サービス停止などにより、検索結果が表示されない、情報や画像が欠落する、地図が利用できないなどの事象が発生する場合があります。
本アプリのすべての機能が常に利用できることは保証されません。
7. 利用料金
本アプリは、現時点では無料で提供され、アプリ内課金はありません。
通信料金、外部サイトの利用料金、交通費、施設の入館料などは、利用者の負担となります。
8. 禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリまたは外部サービスの運営を妨げる行為
- 外部APIへ過度な負荷を与える行為
- 不正アクセスまたはその試み
- 第三者の権利、プライバシーまたは名誉を侵害する行為
- 本アプリを違法または有害な目的で利用する行為
- 法令で認められる範囲を超えて、本アプリを不正に解析、改変し、または技術的制限を回避する行為
9. 機能の変更および提供停止
提供者は、合理的な必要がある場合に、本アプリの機能、対応環境、利用する外部サービスを変更、追加または終了することがあります。
保守、障害、セキュリティ上の必要、外部サービスの変更などにより、本アプリの全部または一部の提供を一時的または恒久的に停止する場合があります。
10. 免責および責任の制限
本アプリは、利用可能な状態で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能、表示情報、位置情報、外部サービス、施設への来訪などに関連して損害が発生しないことを保証しません。
適用される法令で認められる範囲において、提供者に軽過失がある場合の責任は、利用者に現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害の範囲に限られます。
提供者の故意または重大な過失による場合、その他適用される法令により責任を免除または制限できない場合、本条の免責および責任制限は適用されません。
11. 本規約の変更
法令の変更、本アプリの機能または利用する外部サービスの変更その他合理的な必要がある場合に、本規約を変更することがあります。
利用者に重大な影響を与える変更については、変更内容および適用日を、適用日前の合理的な期間、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。
12. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合は、適用される法令に従い管轄権を有する日本の裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Museum Finder (“the App”), provided by Kodama Hirofumi (“the Provider”). Please review these Terms before using the App. Your use of the App is subject to these Terms.
At a glance
- The App provides reference information for finding facilities and is not an official app of any facility.
- Confirm opening hours, fees, days closed, and similar details through official sources.
- Location and facility information may contain errors.
- External API failures may make some features unavailable.
- The App currently contains no in-app purchases or advertising.
1. Purpose of the App
The App helps users find museums, art museums, galleries, science centers, memorial museums, local history museums, archives, and other cultural facilities near their current location or a place selected on the map, and displays reference information about those facilities.
The App is not an official app of any facility, a reservation service, or an emergency information service.
2. Open data and external services
The App uses open data and external services, including OpenStreetMap, the Overpass API, Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Wikimedia Commons.
Data, articles, images, maps, trademarks, and other materials provided by third parties are subject to the terms, licenses, and attribution requirements of their respective providers. Rights in those materials belong to their respective owners.
The App displays required source and attribution information in accordance with applicable licenses and terms. If you reproduce or reuse third-party content beyond viewing it in the App, review the relevant provider’s conditions.
3. Accuracy of information
The Provider does not guarantee that facility names, locations, opening hours, admission fees, days closed, exhibitions, images, or other information are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Information may be missing, outdated, or incorrect. Before visiting or traveling to a facility, confirm the latest information through its official website or another official source.
4. Location information
Your displayed location and search results may differ from your actual location because of your device, GPS, Wi-Fi, mobile networks, or surrounding conditions.
Location and map information may contain errors. Do not rely on the App as your sole source of information in emergencies, situations involving personal safety, or situations requiring precise positioning.
5. External websites and apps
The App may open external websites or apps, including facility websites, Wikipedia, Apple Maps, and Google Maps.
The Provider does not control or guarantee the content, safety, continued availability, or privacy practices of external websites or apps. Review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant service.
6. API failures and missing information
Search results, information, images, or maps may become unavailable because of network conditions, device conditions, external API failures, usage limits, specification changes, or service termination.
The Provider does not guarantee that every feature of the App will always be available.
7. Charges
The App is currently provided free of charge and contains no in-app purchases.
Users are responsible for network charges, fees charged by external websites, transportation costs, facility admission fees, and other related expenses.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws, public order, or morals
- Interfere with the operation of the App or an external service
- Place excessive load on an external API
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of another person
- Use the App for an unlawful or harmful purpose
- Reverse engineer or modify the App, or bypass technical restrictions, beyond what is permitted by applicable law
9. Changes and discontinuation
When reasonably necessary, the Provider may change, add, or discontinue App features, supported environments, or external services.
All or part of the App may be temporarily or permanently suspended because of maintenance, failures, security needs, or changes to external services.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided on an as-available basis. The Provider does not guarantee that no loss or damage will arise from use or inability to use the App, displayed information, location information, external services, or visits to facilities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if the Provider is liable because of ordinary negligence, that liability is limited to ordinary and direct loss actually incurred by the user.
This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to applicable laws, App features, or external services.
For changes that materially affect users, the Provider will provide notice of the change and effective date on this page or in the App for a reasonable period before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App or these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Japan under applicable law.
